塑料海尔环填料（材质：pbt,pe, pp,rpp,pvc, cpvc, pvdf）是用一种最早国外开发出来新型开孔填料，受进口装置中该种填料的启发，我国进行了此种填料的研究，并成功地开发出国产海尔环填料。塑料海尔环填料的独特构型，使之除具有通量大、压降低、耐腐蚀及抗撞击性能好等优点外，还有填料间不会嵌套，壁流效应小和气液分布均匀等优点，塑料海尔环填料适用于气体吸收、冷却及气体净化等过程。
